The team in the branch arranging viewings were on the ball and a massive thank you to Colleen Harrison and Stephanie Eiken who were instrumental in ensuring the sale and our subsequent purchase went through. Colleen definitely went above and beyond and demonstrated the skills that are necessary in an estate agent. Hayley manages the Lettings team, but all at Halls in Oswestry, including Dan, Fiona and Steven have really been great. What is so important is a) do you follow up and b) when you get to the end game negotiation they are on top of it. Cannot fault them, all credit to the team. They sold Smithy 290K Stonehouse 750K and now Bostock 950K, (and they are reasonable, but if they were the same price as S&P I would still use them).
