We’ve recently completed on our first owned home so there were many things we didn’t understand that well in the buying process. Amanda helped us a lot. From start to finish and even after the sale Amanda’s communication, friendliness and support has been outstanding. GoogleWe received excellent service from the outset from Richard Kendall when we were selling my mother's bungalow. Their advice was clear and unequivocal in all respects and communication was easy to achieve, the same person providing helpful updates at every stage of the sale process. When the chain hit a problem shortly before exchange of contracts, the advice we were given by Mandy turned out to be exactly the right thing to do. Not being from the area, we had initially asked two national companies to give us their prices for the property but neither seemed as engaged or on the ball as the gentleman from Richard Kendall. I am sure that we made the right decision to go with the local market experts.
