As a landlord of multiple properties we deal with various estate/letting agents and i understand Addisons getting a marvellous and well earned accolade as both Dawn and Helen could not be anymore professional and helpful in their dealings with customers. i have toyed many times about moving our other properties into their management but have felt that as they are well out of the local vicinity it would probably not be beneficial to us and Addisons which is a real shame as their service is second to none and they definately go the extra mile compared to our other agents. so congratulations on them and hope they achieve more success.

Helen and Dawn have been absolutely brilliant throughout the sale of our property. We had buyers within a day of the house going on the market and an offer the following day. Since we no longer live locally, we were concerned that the logisitics of selling a property from so far away could be challenging. Not a bit, Helen and Dawn took care of all the issues that would normally have involved us having to travel up to Orrell, kept us up to date every step of the way and made the whole process smooth and uncomplicated. I can only say that Addison’s are by far the best and most helpful estate agents that I have experienced and can thoroughly recommend them.

Excellent service from start to finish. Our transaction was buying a house up for sale with Addisons, and selling our own with them. Helen and Dawn worked tirelessly to find us a buyer, and when the Solicitors and Surveyors seemed to slow down the process, spent hours (above and beyond the call of duty in our opinion) on the phone for us keeping the sale moving (rescued the sale!). Professional from the moment we first spoke to them, yet friendly and approachable and happy to assist at any time of the day and out of hours. Highly recommended!!
