GoogleI have had such an unfortunate experience with Lucy (Branch Manager) and her father Jerry (owner) where they have shown a level of dishonesty which has left me financially out of pocket which would make me very dubious about using this business as they have demonstrated that they have a very questionable level of both honesty and morals which you would hope for when appointing an agent.

Googlepoor customer service when trying to arrange a valuation. I had to chase them and eventually gave up and went to another local estate agent who were very responsive. I should have read the reviews first as I can see other people have had problems as well.

GoogleOur experience with Abode was delightful. Buying a house can be stressful, particularly as first time buyers, but the staff took their time to help us and throughly explained the process. They were understanding when our solicitors were holding up the process and also helped to keep the vendor happy.

FacebookBrilliant. Sold our house on upholland road Billinge for ยฃ596.000 in 5 days ยฃ1000 above asking price.
