GoogleI have been impressed by RJ from the word go. John’s calm and reassuring manner led to a very professional valuation (without any of the spin that other estate agents tend to pile upon you). His valuation, unlike many others, was fair and realistic and made me trust RJ from the word go. Within 3 weeks, I had secured a sale with RJ. This has a lot to do with the fact that they show that they really care about your home and try to match it carefully to their clientele. Moving from a freehold to a leasehold in a chain of 5 could have been very stressful but RJ takes this stress away from you. Sharon’s wonderfully personable and friendly approach has reassured me every step of the way during the conveyancing process. She has kept me calm and has continually chased the chain (along with her colleague, Katy) which has culminated in all of us being ready to exchange. I would not hesitate to recommend RJ. If you want a professional service without any spin/ ‘estate agent BS’ where you feel cared for and reassured through the entire process, look no further. I can’t thank the RJ Orpington team enough.

GoogleI could not ask for a better Estate Agent. From start to finish the process was managed with professionalism, fantastic communication and great customer service. I did not have a straight forward sale, it was a complicated move tying together two separate chains. However, John, Katy and Sharon supported by the rest of the staff navigated us successfully through the process. I will definitely be using them again in the future and recommend them to anyone who wishes a smooth move.

GoogleAfter a not very good experience with another agent, we hired Robinson Jackson to sell our house and within two weeks they had done so! From the initial meeting to the excellent aftercare from the fantastic Sharon and Katy, the whole team looked after us, kept us informed and managed the sale with care and professionalism. The real difference for us was the way they managed our expectations, their expert local knowledge (meaning they could market our property correctly) and qualifying viewings and the offer we accepted. A great agency with top people. We would definitely recommend them.

GoogleMy first meeting with a agent from Robinson Jackson was with Rob who was so helpful and understanding with me and my state of mind at the time, has this was my mother's house who had recently passed away after a short illness. I also had a lot of help from Sharon and katey they were all amazing and kept me up dated through out the process of selling of my childhood home.
