GoogleOur process of moving was very complicated but Robinson Jackson's were very efficient in the way they handled all the various contributing factors. We have found their staff very helpful and understanding and I think we might have given up if they hadn't given us advice and 'held our hands' through this whole experience which had some very unusually circumstances involved in it. This is the second move where we have used Robinson Jackson and I would definitely recommend the team at the Orpington office for their efficient expertise.

GoogleWe used Robinson Jackson Orpington to sell our property. We were rather badly let down by another Orpington agent and decided to give RJ a call. We were delighted that we did becauset they were very professional but also very friendly and down to earth, what's more hey sold our property after only three viewings. I must say that John, Rob and the whole team were fantastic and really helped us to make our move to the west country. I would thoroughly recommend them.

GoogleWe had a really excellent service from Robinson Jackson with an offer received and accepted within a month of the property being put on the market! Unfortunately for us, the whole process dragged on for 6 months as lockdown happened due to the pandemic. I cannot praise the branch partner of our Orpington branch enough as despite everything grinding to a virtual standstill, John Steele maintained telephone contact throughout the worrying period which made us feel we were in capable hands. When unforeseen developments happened, both John and the very efficient and cheerful Sharon Goodwin very capably came up with solutions and reassured us that they were doing everything they could to progress with the sale of our property which helped us to remain calm. All the staff we also dealt with on the phone were always so polite and helpful. We can genuinely say that we absolutely made the right decision in choosing Robinson Jackson Estate Agents to market our property, they met all our expectations!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleAVOID!!!!!!! Over promised, under delivered. Issues with honesty and fulfilling their promises. Allowed damage to our property & relaxed about who they gave access to. Failed to lock up. Arrogant and Negligent. Everything that you DON'T want an estate to be! Builders taken to the property by them caused damage to light switches and sockets were ripped from the wall. Newly laid carpets were lifted - all without permission. When have you ever heard of anyone giving 5 stars to an estate agent! DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE REVIEWS! Companies can invent and make up reviews to make themselves look good! - Hope all these names match up to real sales and purchases. So desperate for sales that seemed to do everything that the buyer asked - with no thought of us. We experienced a continual disregard of our wishes. In fact some of the staff seemed rather too close to the buyer - which might have been the issue. Sharon did the complete opposite to our instructions, every time - and even ignored the manager's instructions As a seller we should not have to suffer as a result of their 'office politics'. The manager (John Speer) seemed fixated on adding more properties to their list, rather than actually selling them! Their original proposed asking price was flattering - but unrealistic - and it was downhill from then on. Said it was worth £315k - but in the end got £261k! Had they actually told the buyer about the few minor faults (as we had specifically instructed) he would not have asked for a further reduction. We were told by John how Robinson Jackson were better than the others, how they did not over promise, how well they managed the sale after offer and that we were safe in their hands. They promptly went on to over promise, mis-manage the sale after offer and were worse than We Buy Any House - and that is saying something. I would say that they were negligent and arrogant about their own abilities. Notice you have done exactly the same to the sellers now selling the house next door! Started at £315,000 already reduced to £275,000 ! Nothing learnt and Mr Speer continues to over price promise!!!
