After messing us around for several weeks the rental property fell through thanks to the incompetency of this agency. The staff are rude, inexperienced and very good at making excuses for there unprofessionalism. Michelle the manager is very discourteous and inefficient. But very good at BS! I would not recommend this agency at all! They don't even deserve one star....

Thank you for taking the time to review. However, i must point out, as you are aware, the landlord withdrew the property form the rental market without warning. This was not a decision that we had any control over as the agent.. In response to your other comments, you were only ever dealt with in a professional & polute manner. Your husband was very rude and threating to myself and other staff, and his calls to our company had to be blocked. I would also recommend you are truthful in respect of how much you earn in future, as you will need bank statements to prove everything. Sadly in this case you couldnt provide proof.

To say Letzone is Toxic is an understatement, these people are the worst of the worst, and no estate agent can be any lower than this. If you are currently renting through this estate agent, be prepared to fight for every penny of your deposit. The inventory of the property we rented through these agent was listed with things the previous tenant left behind, such as foot mat, broom, dustpan and brush so many unnecessary things you won’t expect to find In a property you are about to rent. Before signing the inventory, we made her aware we didn’t require all of these things and she should send the landlord down to pick them up, on the day he came, he had his hand full of so many of these rubbish that needed to be thrown away, that he left some behind and asked us to throw some of them away. Upon checking out, these rogue estate agent, tried to charge us £10 to remove the broom that was left in the garage by the landlord and £15 for dish rack that we were asked to dispose by the landlord, this was a used dish rack left behind by the previous tenant. The inventory we signed missed out loads of damages across the property, luckily for us we were provided images of the flat when we moved in, so far so good, these rogue estate agent has had to refund almost £200 for things she has charged wrongfully. The worst claim on the checkout cost was some flaking to the wall she claims wasn’t wear and tear and was damaged by us, which she tried to claim £85 for, so the wall could be repainted. Upon looking at the inventory we noticed the same flaking was present in the pictures provided with the inventory when we moved in. These toxic agent refused to refund the charge claiming the flaking is much larger in the checkout image. She attempted to make a claim to a dent on the fridge even thought this wasn’t in the check inventory, but luckily for us it was in the pictures taken in the inventory, so we once again had to point it out to her. Our original deposit with her was £1500 and she made up a list of charges for £870, for a property that nothing was new when we moved in. Upon going back and forth and her having to take out things she shouldn’t have charged for she ended up trying to claim £710 Her strategy is to make as much claim as possible towards your deposit knowing very well the useless deposit company she uses will allocate a percentage of everything she has made a claim for. The property we were moving out from had being sold and the new owners already brought in developers and made plans to renovate, it is to our impression all the charges she was making, the owner of the property wasn’t aware and this was going straight to her pocket. That said, once you rent from Letzone, expect no professional service after. Phone calls to their office is non-existent that is probably because there is no office, also expect communication to be done by text messages and emails. Expect to take days off work to give access to engineers / workers to come and fix things you report broken even though letzone have keys to the property. The worst of it is how they turn up to the property every 3months for so called inspection. Absolutely useless. In the end, the useless mydeposit agency granted her almost 435.50 out of £710 that she made claim for. Avoid at all cost.
