I had used other agents but switched as I just didn’t feel they were doing enough to actively promote the sale of the house.

I would have to say that in the light of their behaviour throughout the whole process I would unhesitatingly use them if I ever decided to sell my home. In contrast to our own estate agents who rarely contacted us to tell us of any progress or share any information with us Wendy at Jackson - Stops was assiduous in ensuring we were kept up-to-date with what was happening both up and down the chain. Any queries that we have had have always been answered promptly and professionally and given the importance of prompt communication when you’re selling a property this was really appreciated. We couldn't be happier with the service we received from Wendy and Simon whilst buying our property. From the very first interaction, they were warm and welcoming.
What really stood out was how easy they were to get in touch with throughout the entire process. Whether it was a quick question or something more involved, we always received a prompt and helpful response.
