Naoimh Leonard - Thank you so much for the swift and efficient letting of our property. Great attention to detail, nothing too difficult, always a positive response. Being in business a lifetime it is always refreshing to deal with someone dedicated to their job - thanks again, Naoimh.

I have just completed the sale of my house through the Ormeau Road branch of the firm of Reed & Rains, estate agents. All of the persons in this practice with whom I dealt were polite, professional and pleasant throughout the transaction and kept in close contact with me, keeping me closely informed. They listened to my views and advised me as each bid came in although they took all to do with the sale and also closely liaised with my solicitors. They advised me on the asking price, a matter which circumstances made extremely important to me. In fact, the final selling price of the property very pleasantly exceeded what I had thought it would fetch and was in accordance with their advices. All of this was done without fuss. My only regret is that I do not have another house to sell.

Recently completed a quick, very stress free sale of my property with Reeds Rains after switching estate agents. Naoimh / Rachel communicated with us at least weekly (often daily) giving us updates on where we were and what the next steps would be. The previous agent never once lifted the phone to us so we feel the girls went over and beyond what they needed to do. Little touches, such as being able to track our sale online via the website were great too. I can’t recommend these guys enough, definitely get in touch with them if you are thinking about selling, we only wish we had realised this 1st time round rather than wasting time with an estate agent who just didn’t care.

Would highly recommend Reeds Rains for selling any property. Grainne in particular was highly experienced, extremely helpful, and always give a lot of advice and timely feedback. All my queries/questions were answered very quickly and I was kept informed throughout the process. I ended up with multiple offers on my property, and they made the entire process straightforward until sale was completed. I rent from a private landlord through Reeds Rains. They have always been very attentive when things needed done around the house (even if the landlord is much less up for the task). Their visits are always prearranged and very pleasant. Especially with their last agent Naoimh, who was very professional making sure we are good and not needing anything. She was very respectful and simply a lovely person. Their staff are all so down to earth and genuinely interested in their tenants ☺️PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

I came across Reeds Rains when they were acting as the agent on a property I was buying. I found Grainne to be extremely professional and pleasant to deal with. I have rated them 4 stars rather than 5 only because, due to the nature of our interactions, I didn't really experience their services and therefore can't speak to those, but I can't fault my experience with them
