From start to finish Karen put our needs first.She was there anytime of day to answer emails and often would phone just to check in while our house was on the market to let us know how she was planning to promote its listing.No question seemed silly and she made the whole process as stressfree as possible. We had a bit of urgency selling our house and Karen had the listing up the same day she came and took pictues. She does not hang about! She has an eye for detail and had our house staged perfectly and resulted in a sale in just a few weeks. Would highly reccomend selling with Karen.

Best estate agents around, all the staff are professional and friendly, and not friendly in a disingenuous way like some other agents. With K Allan properties you really feel the team care about making your experience as stress free and straight forward as possible.
The team bent over backwards for me as I was moving up from the South with being able to facilitate my needs out of hours.
When the sale had completed we were given a complimentary gift box and the team were also on hand to help with a little local knowledge
