Karen is helping us buy our first home, she is kind and most of all caring and goes above and beyond. She makes you feel like you are the only client she has although she is so busy. I came to Orkney from Gloucestershire and she met me off the ferry and looked after me all day until I got back on the ferry. She is professional, informed and so helpful and it feels like she is holding your hand the whole time. I couldn’t recommend Karen and her company more highly.

The service on buying and selling through Karen and her team was amazing. Extremely well presented properties on the site.easy to read icons and eye catching videos and pictures. Those ones of our small house were fabulous the photographs were incredible especially those outside. Great job. They even helped us rehome our geese way above and beyond ...It was a pleasure dealing with the team very friendly ,modern and approachable ..unlike the rusty,dusty,crusty service you can find elsewhere. It made the whole process less stressful..Karen guided us through the wobbly bits and we are now in our new home. Highly,highly recommend these folk truly epic service. Can't recommend Karan and her team highly enough. They were great assistance with both with the sale of my old property and purchase of my new one. As an offshore worker I was away for much of the process and they were very helpful as they took care of viewings when I was not available. She knows the market well and was always there to offer advice if required. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to sell or buy a property. Good job!

My parents marketed the Edinburgh flat I live in with K Allan Properties. It sold in under a week with an offer on the table on day 1. All the viewings were arranged to suite me. It was stress free and I felt compelled to ask for guidance with what I should and shouldn’t say during viewings. The flats in our close that have gone on the market in the last few months have sold on or around asking. My parents flat sold for a huge amount offer asking. Karen was fantastic.

We purchased a property through K Allan and it was an absolute pleasure to deal with them especially Lana who dealt with most of my calls. We'd had no experience with the scottish system but were guided through, encouraged and reassured. Even when we were unable to come up to view they went above and beyond to help us gather whatever information we needed. We were 800 miles away and had never met but were still taken seriously when some others treated us as dreamers and timewasters. We've now moved and thanks to Karen and Allana enjoying our new life on the island of Sanday.
