A pleasant experience from start to finish. The listing of the property was well written and photographed. Arrangement of viewings was very organised and the viewing agent was punctual and professional. The communication throughout the whole process was excellent and it was easy to get in touch with our agent whenever we needed to give the buyers solicitors a nudge. Highly recommended!

Overall a good service. Start of sale excellent service. Very quick to market & valuation.A couple of stressful times when no feedback/update was received on a Friday over proof of buyers funds, eg ! Short notes would be useful ie 'waiting to hear' ! Many times phone lines very busy, Central Office intervened. Often waited for return call to filter through.
