Very clear and efficient communication from beginning to end. Did a great job running a very smooth sale process despite the usual ups and downs. Gave good advice throughout and was very easy to deal with. Main contact was with Kia McGrath but whole team was excellent.

I started my journey with RYDER DUTTON 2014 since then I had very positive experiences with different people but this time Jade in Royton office is absolutely amazing. She always has been very supportive and helpful with my new house . When I had stress she’s always very helpful .

I have been letting my property with Ryder and Dutton for the last 7 years. I find them thorough when vetting potential tenants. They do a good 6 monthly inspection of the property to ensure the tenants are looking after the property which gives me peace of mind. I would recommend them to any one looking for reliable letting agents

Trustpilot5 years with Ryder & Dutton and they are rubbish
I've rented a property from Ryder & Dutton for 5 years. I waited for the roof to be fixed almost the entire time I have lived here.Every time I ring, there is a new person (because the last person left) that I have to explain everything to. Very slow to fix property issues, even spoke directly to the Landlord because things were not being done.

Professional pictures which sold the house really quickly. lovely, kind, efficient staff. The whole service was amazing from start to finish. Definitely worth the money. Geraldine was able to keep in touch with other parties in the chain which was so helpful in keeping us up to date on what was happening down the chain.

Jade and Michaela at the Royton office kept us updated all along the way and acted as liaison between ourselves and the vendor. Nothing was too much trouble and they were upbeat, positive and polite throughout the whole process. I would definitely use again, should the need arise.

First time Sellers.We opted to use Ryder and Dutton to sell our home in Huddersfield.Leanne visited our property and handled all of the marketing. She also was available as a point of contact throughout the whole process.Our onward purchase was delayed but between Laura, Leanne and Nichola they all helped ensure things ran smoothly with our sale.They chased solicitors and the other estate agents and were super helpful right through to moving day!

I rented a property managed by Ryder & Dutton in Lindley, Huddersfield. In my ten years as a tenant the office was always helpful and supportive when needed in emergency. Madeleine Hodgson and Moira Cording were especially helpful when I vacated the property and made the inspection process and departure procedure painless. I shall miss their helpful and cheerful demeanour throughout my tenancy.
