Despite selling my property a different company, R&D were constantly communicating and providing updates regarding my purchase. All of their staff I dealt with were really helpful. Special mention to Amy for her excellent work!If I was to sell my house again, R&D would be my first choice to sell with. Would 100% recommend.

Ryder and Dutton have been absolutely brilliant from start to finish!! Michaela has been the star tho 🌟 we firstly put our house up in November... it fell through middle of May then for the second time 2 weeks later. When she rang to say it had fallen through for the second time she cried with me on the phone because she knew how much it meant to us. This woman gets emotionally involved because she cares about her clients. Each time she put our house back on immediately and made it her mission to sell it again! She immediately found us viewings and sold it for the 3rd time within 48 hours. 3rd time lucky some would say.... we've just exchanged and can finally plan our adventure to Aus 🇦🇺 Thank you all @ Ryder and Dutton but especially Michaela you've been amazing and we are forever grateful for your continued support for the past 10 months in selling our home 🏡

It has been a long and difficult process with complications along the way but thankfully I had Amy's support throughout. She went above and beyond in her role and made sure the process was as least stressful as possible. She kept me upto date and informed throughout the full process and when taking time off ensured I had support from a colleague Laura who was just as good. They are a credit to the team and if I was to ever sell again it would be with these.

We are tenants of R&D, currently renting whilst selling our home. All in all, they've been nothing but helpful. Lesley is our account contact and Maddy was doing our inspections. Always helpful and responsive and have always been fair with respects to inspections. Being a landlord for a property in a different area, we wouldn't hesitate to use them. Also for any prospective tenants, they're a good agent. Thanks - if only all agents had such integrity!

Excellent communication from start to finish. Ryder and Dutton provided a thorough overview of the property we identified and the agent was well prepared during the viewing. Any questions they did not not know the answer for they went away and provided extremely quickly. Once an offer was accepted their weekly check in's from Laura were invaluable and ensured the process kept moving and that we had peace of mind throughout! I can't speak more highly of them as an agency and for Laura who managed our move!

Our move in day was cancelled the day we was supposed to move in to our property and the move in has to be pushed back 4 days meaning we had to arrange new move in plans without any compensation for the inconvenience. After this we where given one key dispute there being 2 tenants and now we have to pay to get another cut to make sure we can both get into the property, all the staff where friendly and helpful but these few mistakes caused the process to be more stressful than it has to be.
