sly practices regarding a rental contract and deposit money from ryder and dutton. I did give a more comprehensive rundown of what happened but my screen got deleted by mistake because i pressed a wrong button on my key board. This is a late review of ryder and dutton but i would never use them again.

Absolutely disgraceful. I have no words. If there was a ‘no star’ option to rate my experience with Ryder and Dutton that’s what I would rate them.I recently put a offer in for a house I viewed with this estate agent. Once my offer had been accepted I was requested to send through my documents for ID checks & was given an appointment with an agent to confirm all this.Within 24hrs of my offer being accepted - I receive another phone call to tell me my offer has now been declined as a new offer has been put forward even though the property was UNDER OFFER with my offer!This has happened on a number of occasions with this estate agent when viewing properties with them! Very unprofessional!!It is already stressful purchasing properties during the pandemic and this estate agent has made it even difficult by messing me about!The real reason house prices are increasing in the housing market is because estate agents like this choose to mess about with accepted offers and push for a higher bid just to make the extra little commission! Disgusting and a waste of time!
