Ryder and Dutton are an amazing company and made my move go as smoothly as possible. The estate agent assigned to my move, Vicky, was friendly and helpful and was very quick to reply to any question I might have. She was proactive in chasing sellers solicitors where there were delays and put my mind at ease when there were moment of stress. Ryder and Dutton are incredibly professional and easy to deal with. Me and my partner were also very grateful to receive the lovely moving box that was gifted to us when we went to collect our keys, it was a lovely touch.

My rental property has been passed over to Matthew Seville, Portfolio Manager now it is under tenancy. I couldn't be happier with the level of service he provides. He is easy to contact via phone and email and his communication skills are excellent. It is always a pleasure speaking with him as he is friendly and approachable. It is evident he takes pride in his work and customer service. After only a few short months, I know I have made the right decision on appointing Ryder and Dutton to manage my property and I look forward to a long working relationship with this company.

I Found Ryder & Dutton very slow to book you in to view properties, I requested viewings on a couple at the start of my search that took 9 days before we could see them, and this was with the agent doing the viewings not the vendors.After I viewed another property at a later date I bought my beautiful home through Ryder & Dutton and was introduced via email to Alexander who would be my key person through the sale, She kept me in the loop as much as possible, always replied to my emails promptly and it resulted in a smooth & quick sale. We sold a property through the Royton branch. Everyone at the branch was helpful and supportive from the outset. Communication was excellent and we were kept well informed about the progress of the sale which was achieved within a short timescale thanks to the diligence of the team. GoogleI am a new comer to the UK and went for many property viewings with many estate agents. Thankfully I have landed with Ryder & Dutton for my current apartment. They understood my situation and went above and beyond to sort out every obstacle I was facing as quickly as possible. Special thanks goes to Carmel and Stacey who coordinated everything and going the extra mile to finish the inventory listing extremely quickly. I couldn't ask for better professionals than them. They even helped me to sort out few details even after the deal was done. They didn't have to but they did anyways. I'm personally recommending them to everyone who is looking for their next home.
