Communication is inconsistent and…

Communication is inconsistent and inaccurate. Before moving into my house I was assured the fireplace worked and once I'd moved in I was told it was 'purely aesthetic', though nobody could ever explain why, as it was clearly a real fireplace and had soot from previous use. When I reported various issues, such as a broken blind and damp on the walls, I had to send messages over and over again and mostly I didn't even get responses but when I did, nothing was done. When my shower broke it took two weeks to send someone to do a five minute job fixing a burnt wire. I've been in the house eleven months and still don't have a working blind on the window despite reporting it repeatedly. The person I was told to contact actually left their job at one point and nobody took over their caseload and no out of office was on their inbox so I simply got no replies to my emails for months. It's exhausting and stressful trying to communicate with anyone.

I’m a first time buyer in a very tricky market at the moment and after what was a very long road to getting the house completed, myself and my partner honestly can’t thank all the staff at Ryder and Dutton for all their help.
