I have experienced very poor service from the Company. My rental income are being held in their Company for over a month. We have tried many times to reach them to follow up on the status but got nil replies. They have been very unprofessional in honoring the their letting agent duties. Their service promise in our letting agent agreement cannot be satisfactorily fulfilled.

One of 3 estate agents to value my property, theirs was the highest valuation. With fees falling midway between the 3, I decided to go with R&D. Their photographer did a brilliant job showcasing my home, and my house was sold for full asking price within 3 weeks! Excellent estate agency - puts the other so-called ‘market leading’ local agents to shame with their low valuations - makes you wonder if some of them just want easy commission - definitely not so with Ryder & Dutton!
