R&D were our replacement estate agents. We initially instructed another local agent and switched to R&D after having our property on the market for 3 whole months with them securing only a single viewing in that whole period! We switched to R&D and were pleasantly surprised that on the first afternoon of the listing going live, they had secured 6 viewings and also had an offer for us!! It was a massive contrast. Once we had accepted an offer, Emmy provide a flawless service, dealing with the sales process alongside our conveyancer. Highly recommend and would certainly use again if needed.

The girls in the Mossley branch we’re extremely helpful and very friendly. They are very competent, always polite and nothing was too much trouble. We have had plenty of dealings with estate agents in the past 38 years buying and selling many properties but we can honestly say the staff at Mossley branch are the best we’ve dealt with including agents in Altrincham, Hale, Bowdon and Greenfield.

We had a very positive experience with Ryder & Dutton recently during the process of buying a house in Greenfield. Despite a long process, our contact Jenny remained ever helpful, courteous & professional. She updated me weekly and remained patient during my regular ‘pop ins’ to the office.Equally, all staff generally made the whole experience as comfortable as possible.

GoogleI can totally recommend using Ryder and Dutton when looking for a rental property. I was dreading the whole thing but Carmel manage to take a daunting situation and actually turn it into a pleasant experience. She was always on hand to answer any questions and dealt with everything in a timely manner. I absolutely love the house and don’t plan on moving soon but if I were, Carmel & the team would definitely be my first choice, Thank you

I have been letting my property with Ryder and Dutton for the last 7 years. I find them thorough when vetting potential tenants. They do a good 6 monthly inspection of the property to ensure the tenants are looking after the property which gives me peace of mind. I would recommend them to any one looking for reliable letting agents

I've rented a property from Ryder & Dutton for 5 years. I waited for the roof to be fixed almost the entire time I have lived here.Every time I ring, there is a new person (because the last person left) that I have to explain everything to. Very slow to fix property issues, even spoke directly to the Landlord because things were not being done.
