The whole team have been fantastic throughout the process of selling our property.The team had great local knowledge relating to current house prices.The initial sales team provided a prompt and professional service and arranged block viewings of the property due to the demand to allow an easy process with minimal disruption to our daily family life.At the time of accepting an offer the process went to the teams move manager, Geraldine Marsden.Geraldine provided an exceptional service and took away the stress of chasing up solicitors along with ensuring the sales process went as smooth as possible. I believe that if it was not for Geraldine’s commitment to provide this high level of service we would still be going through the sales process and with a lot more added pressure and stress.Throughout this Geraldine provided us with full updates ensuring we were never unaware of the progression of our sale.I highly recommend Ryder and Dutton as an estate agent for selling a property.

Awful Service Rude behaviour. We been through a viewing with this local estate agents, viewing was ok but going further was an awful experience. Staff behaved really rude. Being local I always supported local businesses but regarding them guys I would advise Home Sellers to try PurpleBricks website, at least you can directly negotiate with the buyer. with them specially if you are buying they ll always discourage your offer without informing the seller who might get agree with your offer, they always behind their own commission. There is always a room of negotiations but they behave like rubbish. I think the services like Purplebricks.com are a good idea to sell or buy your house fixed charges and No middle man like these Ryder and Dutton. I know Seller expects the best price but behaving like your offer doesn't mean anything is bad. Anyhow my advise to sellers is try PurpleBricks.com you would like it with every step towards selling.

GoogleAbsolutely appalling service! Lied to on several occasions and been blocked on two separate occasions from purchasing a property in favour of other buyer. Told viewings were unavailable and no availability and purposely lied too. I will be making official complaint to the Ombudsman and trading standards. Avoid at all costs!

Samantha, Rachel and Vikkey - we had so many questions, had a bit of trouble dealing with rental checks, they were absolutely fantastic, never mad, no matter what questions we had, they were very happy to answer and helped us all the way, until we got the property. Mustafa Ahmad carried out the 12week landlord inspection for my property. He was thorough and sent a very informative report, with plenty of detailed photos. Only one criticism I have, is that I had to remind the main office myself that the report was overdue, but that isn't a negative towards Mustafa. He gave good, useful advice to the tenant.

Excellent overall service from initial meeting right through to completion, with regular updates and therefore had no reason to chase. Geraldine Marsden dealt with post sale to completion and provided a very good service, as did all who dealt with matters when she was on holiday. Excellent independent estate agent - highly recommend.
