Such an easy process buying through R&D. Alex was amazing all the way through and even with a hiccup on the last day (due to the solicitors) she stayed longer than she should have to ensure I could pick the keys up (after making multiple phone calls helping me out) and had somewhere to actually live the day my sale went through. The communication from the agent was great. Geraldine kept us up to date with where we were in the buying process and took any queries back to the vendor. We felt she smoothed the process.We would have given 5 stars but it was difficult to arrange the inital viewing.

I have been actively persued by Michaela Hewson to write this review (at least 3 times!)....I was reluctant to write one as I have nothing nice to say about her, hence my reluctance to write one...and I'm not the only customer that feels this way about her. I feel her communication style needs working on and she doesn't appear to act neutral in her dealings, I asked her manager, Oliver White if someone else could deal with my case, he wasn't supportive at all towards me and ignored my request, he doesn't want to know you once he's signed you up although he says at the time, any problems get in touch with me...on the other hand I cannot thank Jenny Boyle enough and Jade Pass was also very helpful and polite. I went with R & D because they control the market and buyers look at their website first (in my opinion), I must point out that you don't have to pay their large costs ...you can negotiate your costs. I do not want a reply from R & D thank you very much...enough has already been said....😞I woud like to thank Jenny Boyle and Jade Pass for all their help.

Lisa was able to move me along at a pace I need to go. She was always there for advice and guidance. She kept working for me when the buyer was getting complicated 14 months and we’ve got there with Lisa. It would not have been done.👍 without Lisa.

Throughout the process Ryder and Dutton have been fantastic. Even with teething problems from either side the chain or something needed updating on the listing they were proffesional, helpful and most importantly caring. Alex who manged our listing was always approachable kind and helpful answered any questions and took time to make sure we understood everything and that we were happy with any amendments throughout the listing process. Once a sale was agreed, we were the managed by Megan who fought tooth and nail to get the sale through even when problems arose thoughout the chain. We were always kept informed and had regular updates on how the sale was progressing. We cannot sing Ryder and Duttons praises enough, and we thank Graham and his team at the rawtenstall branch for everything to make a stressful process a lot easier.

GoogleRyder & Dutton were amazing at helping me to rent a new property. Gemma, Sarah and Moira especially were friendly, supportive and lovely throughout the whole process. There was constant communication and were quick to reply to emails and phone calls. I felt that I had nothing to worry or stress about.
