GoogleAbsolute shambles!!!! Having had our potential house purchse fall through after paying for the survey these agents are to blame. They came to value our existing house and had no idea what the value would be and asked what other local agents had valued it at. We ended up going to best and final on a property they were selling we won eventually after going to asking price (felt we had to, due to the agents exagerating claims about other intrested parties). Funny that the survey and valuation came back with a valuation that was just under £50,000 different to the £295,950 asking price. I told the agents this and they were unwilling to do anything about it. They overvalued the house by £45,950. Massive error. Not even close. We have lost the house that we wanted, wasted my time, the cost of a survey and legal fees. This subsequently almost cost me the sale of my house. Beware..........giving what looks like a good service on top but really poor beneath. Told all other agents about them and they already knew of their poor reputation they are getting. Even Right move were aware. We will not use again and will be spreading the word for others not to use.

Ste, we are always upset when a sale falls through for any reason. We pride ourselves, like any other good Agent, to work quickly on the Vendors behalf to negotiate, or find another buyer who is able and willing to pay the price they are looking for. There are some inconsistencies in your review which I must correct; *You did not ask me to value your property. I was asked to take it to the market because you were so disappointed with the other Agency letting you down on the day. *If an independent surveyor down values a property the Agents have no right to challenge it, although I did discuss it with him to see if I could help you. * You agreed to pay full asking price and others did also, I feel this is evidence of a good and fair valuation. * We are proceeding with a sale on this property to one of the other interested parties. We are a professional company which has kept you informed at every stage throughout the process. We do not need to tell lies.

GoogleWe sold our house with Cornerstone. Shereen and the whole team were wonderful. From advice on arranging furniture for the photos, arranging viewings, keeping us informed at all times. We had an offer within two weeks, although the sale process took several months. All the team were friendly and helpful. Sarah in particular kept up communication with solicitors and the agent for the property we were buying. I would definitely recommend them.

GoogleWe bought a house through Cornerstone at the beginning of the year. The service and staff were excellent and we therefore decided to let the property through them also. The service and staff continue to be the best I have experienced from a company, ever. Everyone is extremely friendly and professional and respond to calls and emails immediately (with perfect spelling and grammar…a rarity these days). The service provided is very personal and my requests are never too much trouble.
