The entire engagement with Auction House UK was seamless and fuss free. From photo taking, to posting the auction property online, to the solicitor engagement and the eventual sale. Everything was completed in less than 2 weeks. More could have been done on advising the seller to set the guide price though. This resulted in the property being sold at a lower than expected price. Nevertheless, am glad that it is a load off my shoulders.

I deal with auctioneers across the country but Auction House's local knowledge really sets them apart. I've dealt with Olivia previously and she was excellent on auction day, getting us a great result. GoogleJust bought a house in the UK and I live in Japan, so it wasn't a straightforward transaction. The Auction House was excellent, and a big thank you to Callum Sansam, Auction Administrator who went above and beyond in sending me the keys through the Royal Mail as I couldn't be there in person to pick up the keys. I recommend anyone to consider the Auction House when buying a property. They're very punctual and polite when answering any queries I had over my purchase.

GoogleWas very wary of using the auction at first but had a chat with Amanda and we decided to go ahead it was a really good experience they sold our house for what was a really good price for what I believe for both parties involved .Amanda kept in touch before and soon after the auction with full no nonsense guidance . Going off my experience I would have no hesitation in recommending the auction house and it’s very professional team .

I recently sold a property through Auction House Wales and I found them to be excellent. Marc Morrish was very easy to deal with and efficient, keeping me informed throughout the whole process, right up until completion. I was surprised how quick the process was as I hadn't decided to sell until mid January, and by early March it was all complete. They were very reasonable in their charges in comparison to other auction companies that I had been quoted, more than half the price of Dawsons for example, who also wanted to start the bidding on my property at 10k less than Auction House Wales. Overall it was a very satisfactory experience and a company that I would highly recommend, while Marc Morrish is a credit to the organisation

Really bed experience list day exchange continues no one available to give key I driver over 45 minutes to get a key and only mian door key I get it is been over 10 day I'm still waiting to get all other key !!!

I can not thank Mark Willett enough for all the support the last few weeks since deciding to put my property into the auction via Auction House. A colleague at my office contacted Mark on my behalf initiating the first call to see what process I would need to follow to list it for sale. At such a challenging & uncertain time in the housing market, Mark was honest about the situation throughout and guided me through from the start to ensure the best possible outcome. He communicated with me regularly and gave every opportunity to get my property advertised in all areas including relevant contacts, social media & local papers for the best possible chance. It has been such a nerve racking time due to the change in the market and I accepted that the price would be lower than a private sale. However, it was 100% the right decision as it completely took the stress and pressure away knowing it was being looked after in such a professional way for me. Communication was definitely a key factor in making this experience so positive. Over the last year my experience of high street agents has been the opposite to what I have received through Auction House. With my property now sold I feel a weight has been lifted. I have been working with Dan Lawrence at Auction House North Wales for some months now and his knowledge and service levels are second to none. Always available at the end of the phone, no matter the time. He is very honest, trustworthy and transparent and does what he says he is going to do which is a priceless quality to have in this industry. He has a vast wealth of knowledge within property and this clearly shows in his knowledge and understanding of the market. I am currently working direct with Dan on both sales and potential purchases and will continue to do so. Can’t recommend Dan and Auction House enough to work with if you are looking to sell a property or purchase.

We bought a property from auction via Auction House Sussex and Austin Gray in summer of 2022. The auction process was very smooth, they're very much on top of the online technology. In fact, we then bought after the auction. Both during the auction and after, the bidding process was very efficient and all our queries were responded to quickly and fully. They were very helpful during the conveyance and Melanie was supportive throughout. We would definitely recommend Austin Gray.

Chris and the team made the whole process simple and effortless. It started with great advice on going down the auction route and a realistic assessment on the market valuation for our property.They handled all the viewings, screened all the time-wasters, and found us a buyer prior to auction in less than 6 weeks.The whole legal process was significantly simplified, and the short 38 day completion time was perfect for our situation…even when the banks were messing us and the buyer around which meant an unavoidable delay, Chris helped to keep the dialogue going and kept things on track and everyone calm..Great interaction and “local feel” from the whole team combined with “big company” market knowledge and expertise….Would definitely recommend.

I had an unusual property to sell and I didn't know much about auctions, so I messaged a few local places. From the initial contact I had, and before I'd made any decisions, Sam Harris at Auction House in Sheffield was the most customer-focussed person in terms of being informative, helpful and replying swiftly. From viewing the property and right through the marketing process, Sam and colleagues were excellent, explaining the processes and keeping me updated. I was very happy to trust their recommendations about a solicitor and EPC assessor because they had treated me well and instilled confidence in me from the start. A lot of other organisations could really learn from how Sam and Bethany interact and do business. I got a great price for the property and it's been the least stressful property transaction I've ever had (I've been buying and selling properties since 1992).

We had a small building plot to sell. Oliver Prior (who is a Chartered Surveyor and also has a Masters degree) dealt with the sale of it for us. He gave us professional advice prior to the auction. The reserve price was not quite reached and he successfully negotiated on our behalf after the auction to secure a sale at the best possible price. Oliver worked very hard on our behalf and we would definitely recommend Auction House. We were initially unsure about going to auction as we were not familiar with it as a means of selling property. Our fears were completely allayed by Oliver and the team who were excellent throughout, they far exceeded our expectations.
