Our records show that you didn’t view the property in person or download the legal pack before bidding. This meant that you missed critical information that would’ve enabled you to make an informed decision before choosing to bid. Our listing pages where we advertise the property share as much information as is made available to us and did state that the property used to be a flat and is now in shell condition. We do however strongly advise all bidders to download and carefully review the legal pack before bidding, as once the gavel falls, contracts are exchanged, and the purchase is legally binding.
