GoogleCharlotte and her colleagues at Fine and Country Colchester were incredibly responsive and professional. Despite all the challenges with our ‘chain’, Charlotte worked hard to find solutions and communicated updates to help reassure us even when it looked like we had reached a dead end. We got there in the end thanks to her perseverance!

Googleselling your home is always an emotional roller coaster, i am sure everyone at Fine and Country Colchester will concur that the house sale we went through was pretty horrendous (delayed 10 weeks after we moved out on day of exchange / completion) due to the lack of communication and in my opinion negligence from some of the legal firms involved in this simple transaction. Charlotte remained calm and communicated effectively throughout the extended period even phoning while she was on holiday. I genuinely believe that without Charlotte on board pushing for this sale, this would not have got over the line. Thankyou Fine and Country, great team. good luck for all future sales

GoogleFine & Country Colchester branch were thoroughly professional and responsive and we couldn’t fault their approach and determination to sell our property. Despite some hiccups along the way, Brexit and COVID to make a few, which were out of everyone’s control, the team always kept a positive attitude and remained focused. Charlotte,Tristan,Paula and Charlie deserve a huge thank you and pat on the back for finally getting us over the line. I would absolutely recommend using their services to anyone who is thinking of selling a property, they are a very friendly and approachable team, who keep the client updated and informed throughout the process.

GoogleI cannot praise the team here highly enough, they exceeded my expectations at every point in the process. Their professionalism and passion was in abundance from the minute they first visited the property we then sold very quickly through them (having previously been on the market for months with another estate agent with no joy whatsoever). A very highly polished Estate Agents, couldn't have asked for a better service than the one they provided. It's pointless going to any other agent in Colchester as they simply will not offer what this team do.
