We cannot speak highly enough of the excellent work put in by Alan for our purchase through Mullocks. Our sale was horrendously slow but Alan kept in touch, chased up the estate agent for our sale and our solicitors persistently, to ensure urgency for all involved. When he was out of office, would ensure another agent had a complete handover of our case and could be confident they would be fully appraised (which could not be said of the estate agent handling our sale). Alan made our experience easier and went above and beyond to keep all parties involved updated with any and all information possible right to the very end. Thank you Alan!

Paul Brooker initially came to value the house and from the outset through to completion, he was very sympathetic and understanding of the nature of the sale. We chose to use Mullucks to sell our parents house. James initially valued the property and guided us getting ready to put on the market. Our first sale fell through, but the property was quickly put back on the market and a new buyer found within weeks. The second sale was not without its delays and frustrations caused by solicitors and conveyancers of other parties in the chain. Due to Alan's dogged determination in the last two months he has managed to get the other parties to do what needed doing and the sale has now completed. We can't thank Alan enough for his help and humour which was needed at times. We have been kept updated at all stages of the process. We would have no hesitation in recommending or using Mullucks in the future

Would definitely not recommend!!! Michelle was our point of contact who was very hard to get hold of. She was never available to speak to; either working from home, on annual leave or in a meeting. She took ages to reply to her emails which extended our mortgage process. Once we had the offer and completed searches we found out that she had gone ahead with other buyers which was not professional and wasted our time and money. Communication and customer service was ridiculous!

Warning to Prospective Buyers ⚠️ 🚨 My cousin had complained to me about Mulluck's sleazy and bordering on dishonest sales practise throughout the Mullucks team pressuring prospective buyers claiming they are expecting to receive offers for over asking price or on some occasions asking price. Needless to say that those properties have gone on to sell for a lot less and others have reduced in price. Note to prospective buyers, please don't buy into their verbal comments and rush into an offer. At least 90% of the properties on the market within the Harlow area is overpriced by approx £25K - £50K when it is first listed (this doesn't apply to relisted properties that have subsequently reduced in price)
