Hi Sergio, thank you for review. We do however feel that it is very unfair. We do acknowledge that there was some slight bubbling on a few kitchen units. We did point this out to you before you moved in & you were happy to proceed. At no time did we or the landlord promise to replace the kitchen. Regarding the deposit. We retained a small amount of your deposit for cleaning. This was communicated to you at the time & was agreed apon. We also kept post for you after you have vacated the house and your wife called in to collect it. At no time did you communicate any problem or dissatisfaction to us. We will of course keep any post that we get for you, so feel free to call in to collect it. Kind regards, Gerry
