GoogleWe had a really positive experience with Premier Properties when looking for a rental. We were under a lot of pressure to find somewhere quickly, and they were fantastic in helping us do this. They arranged viewings at times that suited us, and once we decided on a place, they acted quickly to liaise with the landlord and get everything in place for us to sign the lease.
A special mention to Roisin, who was an absolute pleasure to deal with, friendly, professional, and so efficient throughout the whole process.
We’re really grateful to Premier Properties for making what could have been a stressful situation so straightforward. We’d definitely use them again in the future and would happily recommend them to anyone looking to rent or buy.

GoogleWhen I moved to Ireland with my family, finding a place to live was really tough. We searched for a long time and couldn’t find anything. Then, we met Gerry from Premier Properties in Letterkenny, and he helped us find our first home. I want to say a huge thank you to him and his team.
What made Premier Properties stand out was how well they listened and helped us. They were always ready to fix any house issues quickly and professionally.
The best part about working with Premier Properties was how much they trusted us. It’s not easy when you’re new somewhere, and many people might not take you seriously. But Gerry and his team did, and that meant everything to us.
Thanks to them, Ireland feels like home now. I’m really grateful to everyone at Premier Properties. If you need to buy or rent a home here, I highly recommend them. They really care and support you all the way.

GoogleI recently sold a house using Premier Properties Letterkenny. Prior to that for 7 years it was managed by them as a rental property. From the outset I was very impressed with the service provided by Gerry, Roisin and Trisha to both myself and the tenants. Any issues that arose were dealt with promptly and professionally. I never had any concerns but that my property was in good hands and would highly recommend Premier Properties Letterkenny as both letting agents and estate agents.

They were so quick in responding to any queries we had and if we had any problems they would have someone out from the maintenance team. Gerry, Trisha, Roisin and the rest of the team were always friendly and pleasure to deal with.
This company from a tenants view were so professional and prompt, what we really wanted whilst renting. There was always someone in the office within their business hours and if out of hours a number was also provided. We would recommend everyone to avail of their services.
