GoogleVery rude staff. Unprofessional. Poor service.
Dear Ms Nichol, We were very surprised to read your review of Fiuran Property, as: 1. We have reviewed our files and find no grounds as to why you would write such a review. 2. This feedback is entirely at odds with all of the other 40+ customer reviews we have had in over 5 years’ of operation. 3. Exceptional customer service is the cornerstone of our business, and we, the business owners, would not tolerate any standards that drops beneath this. We are saddened that you have written this apparently groundless review without making any contact with us first if you have a genuine complaint; We have tried to contact you in an attempt to find out the reasons for your review, and indeed if there is anything we could be doing to improve our business, but we have had no response to date. We would gladly have the opportunity to discuss the matter further and so we would be most grateful if you could contact us by phone, email or letter, all contact details are listed on the ‘contact us’ section of our website. Yours sincerely, The Fiuran Team.
