GoogleThey are friendly & helpful on the phone but do get a lot of things wrong in emails etc & they want to come round a lot. When your paying high rent you don't want to be hassled every few months most letting agents come round once every six months which is fine but I find these guys too much. I wouldn't rent off them again if I'm honest.
