After losing first buyers ( not agent's fault) they worked with us to update the property description and photos of the garden to keep interest 'fresh'. Weekly updates received from Sales Progresser Donna who also worked hard in the past few weeks making sure all parties were kept on track to complete by date we needed.PositiveResponsiveness

GoogleVery unproffessional Agents. Lied to me, and later refused to book me a viewing on a selling property, only because I didn't provided a feedback. Also these agents was caught on lie. First they said I will not get viewing because I haven't provided feedback, The next day they say, I will not get viewing because the sellers don't want to show the property for me. Im pretty happy that I haven't started purchase with them. There are many honest and proffessional agents on the market. Sellers beware...NegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value
Good Afternoon - I refute this review. Mirek viewed two properties through ourselves and refused whilst on the telephone to provide viewing feedback on 3 separate occasions which, as an Agent is vital to our Clients and if at the early stages of viewing information is not forthcoming it puts doubts as to proceed-ability . Viewing availability was however requested upon which this gentleman advised he would not be providing feedback once the property had been viewed. Referral to our Selling Client was made, who advised they did not wish to undertake the viewing on those terms. We act as Agents for our Clients and have their best interests in mind when booking viewings - especially in times of a pandemic!

GoogleAppalling attitude, stuck in the 90s style estate agents. Not even good at what they do. Edit** The house in question is still on the market. We sold ours within 24 hours with a great estate agent and also found another house. The attitude in the replies is laughable. Grow up **another edit. I haven’t left a review for anyone else, incorrect. Change the attitude and maybe you won’t get so many bad reviews, you would get more business if you all just lightened up a bit, you don’t always need to be right you just need to be kind and not as abrupt. Your tone on the replies to the reviews needs to change, you are no better than anyone else, you are not the queen and we are not the sorry people. Hi Louise - the Government Guidelines state that only parties in a proceedable position i.e. SSTC, Cash, Buy-to-Let Investors, First Time Buyers are able to view properties - this was the legislation at the time of your request to view! More recently we have received a call from a Governing body congratulating ourselves on the way we dealt with the Covid-19 Legislations. If you would like to visit our Facebook this was clearly advertised in our post....... The subject property you requested to view with ourselves was our Clients specific requirements in ALL viewings albeit we did refer to him on this occasion and he reiterated his intentions to ourselves. I will now be referring this matter to the National Association of Estate Agents/Property Mark to investigate your comments further as I believe we have been mentioned in a Competitors reviews.
