Dear Mr Byrnes. Thank you for your comments. I'm sure you appreciate that it is the owners of the property who make the decision to whom they sell to. We endeavoured to offer a fair platform for each party to show their interest. Clients make decisions on who to sell to based on a number of factors. Unfortunately, even if a verbal agreement was made, they are entitled to explore other interest if shown as much as any other party is entitled to offer should they wish to, particularly if they had been introduced to the property prior.
