Great service as usual from Reeds Rains St Helens. I have used them as my primary letting agent for the last 3 years and couldn't recommend highly enough. Particularly excellent service from Ellie recently when it came to finding and moving a new tenant in.

The staff in the local branch were helpful and good to deal with. After letting a property we were handed over to the central team in Southampton (the property being in Sheffield) and from there on the level of service was terrible. I would let rent a Reed Rains property again under any circumstances.

Brilliant communication, everyone in the clevedon branch were absolutely brilliant, the only thing I would not recommend is going for the solicitors they recommend (absolutely awful - PPL). But to Reeds Rains Clevedon, thank you for making our first house purchase so brilliant!!!! :)))
