GoogleThese guys have been brilliant from start to finish. We've sold two properties with them in the last year and they've made the process really easy, especially with our buy to let property when we had a couple of sales fall through- they took it all in their stride. Thanks to the tirelessly chasing from Karis and Sarah, we finally completed today. I cannot recommend this team enough!

Ossett branch wakefield. Offered asking price for a property never heard from agent back. I rang over a week later to ask about feedback ,they said they had higher offer amd accepted never even asked us if we wanted to offer more. lost the house we wanted. very poor agent if you are buying or selling a house.

GoogleKaris, Sarah and the rest of the team were brilliant during the sale of our house, very communicative and friendly. We were very unlucky as we had 2 purchases fall through on us but they were very helpful finding plenty of properties for us when we were back on the search. Excellent and personable service as well as being upfront about fees with no hidden extra costs.

GoogleI selected Reeds Rains to sell my parents' house in Bedworth, it was sold within 72 hours of going on the market. Phil and Karis will give you a realistic and well-researched evaluation and not some nonsense valuation in order to get you to sign, as is true with most estate agents. I fully recommend Reeds Rains - would never use anyone else in Bedworth!

Excellent!! Jane (Reddish branch) managed to find me some great tenants for a newly renovated house in Manchester. The photos were taken to an excellent standard and Jane created me a short list of great applicants and then ultimately found the best tenants within a couple of weeks. I’m really pleased with the outcome. Will definitely use again 😁

FacebookHave recently let my aunts house with Reeds Rains. Throughout the whole process the team were professional, helpful, patient and supportive. Once I gave them the go-ahead to advertise the house was promoted and prospective tenants shown round, vetted and the necessary paperwork completed. I was kept informed constantly and the process was completed within 3 weeks. Thank you all at Reeds Rains, a great team all round.
