There is good reason DWH conistently stands out as a 5* builder, the quality of the build, level of care and customer service is indeed outstanding! The site team lead by Dave and George are so helpful and accommodating, we have very few snags and cannot fault the support George has offered from the home demo stage to after we moved in. Most of the sales and management team -with the exception of Karen - have been nothing short of professional, caring from the beginning of our journey and a really a credit to the company. A special shout out goes to Mia Grapa who, after a not so good experience with Karen, pulled out all the stops to ensure that our reservation, exchange and completion process went smoothly. With such an important and significant purchase, it really helps to feel that the sales and site teams are respectful, understanding, knowledgable and will find out answers for you if they don't have them at the time. We initially struggled to get this from Karen and were therefore relieved when Mia stepped in and completed our reservation process. All in all, really pleased with our purchase and experience.

We bought our home in March 2024, and moved in in the middle of June. Every step of buying our new home has been a great experience, Kerry and the team was incredibly helpful, even after we moved in George and his team went above and beyond to sort out the few minor snags that are inevitable, even if they were marks we made while moving in. We love our new forever home. And would highly recommend a David Wilson home at Stonebridge fields.

We moved into our new home at Stonebridge Fields about six weeks ago, and we couldn’t be happier! The entire DWH team at Stonebridge has been absolutely fantastic and stayed on track throughout the process. From the very beginning, Mia was incredible. She went above and beyond, even making me a pair of DIY socks so I could throw on some boots and visit the build that same day. George, Jason, and the rest of the team have been equally fantastic. They’ve been so friendly and helpful, always showing up with a smile. The build quality of the house is excellent, and they’ve even been checking in on us to make sure everything’s okay. We only had a small list of minor snags, and they’re already hard at work getting everything sorted. I would 100% recommend the DWH team at Stonebridge and buying a home here. It’s been such a great experience, and it’s definitely 5 stars from us!

We had a very informative and helpful visit to this David Wilson Site. Mia went above and beyond to show us plots and specification for our potentially new home. As we relocating from Cumbria, she was also very helpful regarding facilities in the area. Fingers crossed we sell, so that we can progress with Mia.

This is our second DWH house and we have chosen to come back to them for a reason. We love this builder and this particular site has been nothing but fabulous from start to finish. Mia in the sales team is so lovely to deal with, she takes the stress out of house purchasing and the site team here have been way beyond our expectations, this is a fantastic site and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a purchase here.
