Ally at your move was exceptionally supportive and helpful to us as first time buyers. She made the process easy and helped us to understand the different steps to buying a house as a first time buyer. Your Move has just confirmed that our contract for sale has just been exchanged. Typical of the great service the team at Bramcote Lane have provided since we appointed them. It has never mattered who we spoke with, Sally, Maddi or Alix they always knew what was happening, promptly dealt with queries, were extremely helpful and made sure there were no unnecessary delays by keeping on top of things. During the sale we had small inevitable dealings with two other local agents who proved "cowboys" by comparison. I would certainly recommend the Bramcote Lane Branch.
