GoogleI have over the years dealt with the Nottingham branch of Reeds Rains and I have always found them to be pleasant courteous and frequently going the extra mile to ensure that the customer or client is pleased with the dealings effected this has over the years entailed selling properties in the local area namely Nottingham and frequently seeking advice in respect of related matters . The staff at various times in the absence of the director have been extremely helpful in extending their professional advice and guidance.

GoogleI usually don't leave reviews however I would not like anyone to experience what I had to out up with, with this agent. Tried sell a city centre flat almost a year ago with this agent. Came out to do an appraisal and all went well. Manager talked the talk and I instructed them. 6 weeks later no interest and I couldn't understand why. Very hard to contact their office. Finally I went to check the advertisement for the apartment and it was none existent. Not on rightmost, zoopla etc. They hadn't even bothered advertise despite tell me they did. It just got worse and worse from there. After months and months I arranged a private sale to my friend and they said they would have to charge me their standard fee despite my friend never even speaking to them. I wanted out of the contract then and it just took for ever. All the manager could see was the money. Became extremely unprofessional, probably the most greedy agent I've ever met. Stay well away.

GoogleIt is not easy at all to rent a house remotely in Hong Kong. It is easier to fly than other agencies, and I have been unable to read back. Until I found Reeds Raibns Estate Agency, Raj helped me, answered all questions, and handled leasing issues and documents quickly. Can recommend it to everyone.

GoogleWe have rented a house via Reeds Rains agency. They are very responsive and professional. We have rented an amazing 2 bedroom apartment with beautiful furniture in an adequate per month rent. They are always happy to help. Though the service for repairs is bit slow ( may be due to pandemic) but reeds rains is making sure to keep us informed and get it expedited.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value

GoogleProfessional, yet personal. I've sold and rented properties through here and always had the best of service. OK, they have occasional issues with answering the 'phone, but that's down to being a small agency and being understaffed sometimes. They do have to do viewings (rental and sales) which means the office is unmanned at times. Take that into consideration and you might understand and appreciate the effort they put in to deliver your requirements. Highly recommended.

GoogleSimply one of the worst agents I have ever dealt with. Phone rings out, failed to get back to me after I queried 4 times about one property. Amazing that they are actually able to stay open. The manager spoke like a true agent, used lots of jargon, slick talk but it all boiled down to nothing. Avoid!!!

GoogleWe rented with Reeds Rains and it was a good experience, they were always there to help us in our time on the property and they made things very easy for us as foreigners. They have a very personal service, I would definitely use their services again and I highly recommend them.
