GoogleI recently purchased a property though Marriotts and found the company and staff including Tracey, Ellen and Purdee great to deal with. Unlike some other agents I've dealt with, I felt they had valued the property correctly and were extremely straightforward to deal with. This was particularly appreciated because the transaction was not straightforward and rather long drawn out but the agency kept on top of things and we worked together to get it done. Job done, thanks ladies!

Tracy from the Mapperley branch dealt with my purchase and was fantastic throughout, however I had correspondence from other colleagues in Marriotts and they were all equally fantastic! GoogleI wanted to put my house on the market with an agent I could trust as I moved out before it was sold. They were great during the initial communication process. I left them to take prospective buyers round and, within 3 weeks, the property was sold! They have communicated with the solicitors and myself extremely well and have a very friendly team. I have asked them to do things 'beyond the call of duty' and they have been more than willing. GoogleI would strongly advise against using Marriotts if you are renting. Regardless of how you leave your property they will find ways to charge you. The only time they are quick to respond is when you leave your deposit and sign your initial contract, other than that they are slow to provide responses to repair requests, hire useless trades people and then charge you for all sorts of things when you leave. If you do use them my advice would be to forget about your deposit when you sign your contract as you'll probably never see it again. If I could give them 0 stars I would, it's easy to see why people don't like estate agents when you deal with useless fools like these.

FacebookSupposed to view a property with them on Monday and got a phone call to say the price was incorrect by £40,000 and would we still like to view? I don’t think so.......
We appreciate this is disappointing and we do apologise. We have just yesterday changed our property software provider which automatically migrated our properties and this was an unforeseen technical issue out of our control which has now been rectified.
