GoogleAs a landlord I have been renting a house out through Leaders Long Eaton branch (formerly IMS Lettings) for over 10 years. I honestly can't fault the service provided by the small friendly team there. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they always respond very quickly to any queries I have. In all the years I've been letting my house it's never sat empty for more than a couple of weeks and most of the tenants they've placed have been very reliable. Leaders Long Eaton provide a quality service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to either a landlord or prospective tenants.

GoogleAfter managing my own properties for a while it was becoming more difficult time wise. Also all the new legislation changes made me more inclined to have my properties managed by an experienced Agent. This branch were more than helpful explaining everything in detail to me and nothing I asked was too much trouble. My properties are in safe hands and the vacant one was let at the first viewing. Great Branch, Great Team!!!
