GoogleI've recently gone through some troubles with the la dlord as the landlord was worried about me not being able to pay my rent as I became single for a short while, I expressed my concerns to a lady via email named Sarah Campbell Dawson and she honestly could t have done more to help, always replied to my emails and phone calls within minutes and has helped me immensely, couldnt thank her enough! Absolutely brilliant job and made me feel alot better about the circumstances whilst also talking me through all possibilities and making sure I had the best outcome for me and my children. Excellent asset to the company.

GoogleI’ve rented my house with David James for the last five years and have always been very impressed with the level of service and the professionalism of the team. I am not a local landlord so rely on them to keep an eye on the property (which they do quarterly and always send a full photographic report) and source tradesmen when needed for work. I’ve changed tenants once and it was very little hassle and I lost very little money as they found me new tenants straight away. Always very friendly and seem genuinely happy to help with all queries.

GoogleConstantly chasing but don't seem to get anywhere... their email replies are now just rude. The longest 5 months purchasing with "no chain" and still going. Won't be using them when I come to sell and buy that is for sure
Hi Natalie We have noticed your review. Whilst we do appreciate your frustration with things going at a slow pace, unfortunately many house sales seem to be taking quite a bit longer than expected. Some are faster moves than others but at the moment it’s a fairly common theme I’m afraid. There is a small chain involved in this transaction and the seller’s solicitor hasn’t been quite ready on their onward purchase as there was a delay initially. I understand you were advised of this at the time. There was never any intention to be rude to you and it’s unfortunate that you have perceived it that way. Highly professional, friendly and great communication, I particularly valued their great photography skills and eye for style to capture the property at it's best, their reassurance when working out the details of the sale/ survey etc., and help sorting out last minute issues to ensure a smooth completion. Trustpilothouse fell thorugh
house fell through because it needed serious electrical repairs,due to this i would not be able to get home insurance. the seller and agent knew for months without telling me.
