I have found Barnsdales and in particular Louise Ballinger very efficient and extremely helpful. Louise reacts to every email and phone call immediately. She is always polite and cheerful and nothing is too much trouble for her. This is such a refreshing change from the previous company I had to deal with. Thank you Louise.

Terrible company - happy to take your money but almost impossible to get anything done. Two years to fix a leaking roof (no apology) / charge of £500 for gardening when we don't have a garden / no decorating done for two years despite charging for it / if questions get too much for them they just ignore emails and phone calls. Avoid at all cost

GoogleAs this isn’t the first time it’s happened it’s time to make people aware. Inoperable gates no instructions given to tenants as what to do in this situation. Imagine if there was an emergency.

Rude,unkind and unpleasant behaviour towards me from Rebbecca O'Neil and Lainey Aspinal more than one occasion. They manage my apartments service charge and have sent letter after letter and email after email to my tenant without any jurisdiction. I'm unhappy as a landlord to have to utilise this service.

Renting a property of them in Doncaster been email about a month about damp , if they had come when first reported. Wasnt to bad but now half way down the wall. Just keep making excuses.. still not been out leak is from upstairs flat.
Mr Price firstly accept our apologies. The repair is in hand, we have had roofers attend and supply quotes to the landlord, you were updated yesterday afternoon to say that we were waiting for the quotes to be approved and in the meantime a plumber will attend to make sure there are no further leaks from the upstairs flat. We believe it is not actually damp but water damage from a historical leak. Please rest assured this matter is being dealt with. Regards The Barnsdales Residential Team

FacebookThis company are a joke! Left a faulty Fire Alarm going from at least 830pm till 9am the next morning. The Fire Service were unable to silence the Alarm, and when Barnsdales were contacted they stated they were waiting for a quote! No response after 10pm from their 'out of hours' service! Appalling to leave residents in that position, with an alarm blaring all night long! Must do better!

I asked them on a number of occasions to resolve to help my situation with roaming dogs on the lake along with their owners that rented properties next to lodge owners homes .
We are sorry to learn that our management service has not lived up to your expectations. As communicated, we require details of incidents; date/time/overview to enable us to look at matters in more detail and assess whether there has been a breach of the lease terms. As managing agent we work within the confines of the lease terms and unfortunately it is not always possible to remedy issues immediately until we have been able to investigate and speak to all parties involved to ascertain the cause of the issue. We are happy to assist you but do need further information.

Trust me when I say a 0 wouldn’t even be good enough for this awful company. They always pass the book for repairs send out untrained repair workers that do shabby jobs if and when they eventually get round to it and expect people to live in their properties in damp and black mould that is dangerous to health and left my daughter rushed to hospital but still don’t want to own up to it being their fault passing the book again…. DON NOT USE!!!

FacebookAppalling service! Not to be trusted. They arranged work to my retail premises earlier this year (guttering) and since May 2021, I have been left with substantial leaks from the guttering that is now causing an environmental problem. Abdicate responsibility, won't reply to numerous emails and basically are not interested! They don't care!

If I could allocate 0 stars, I would!Terrible company that ignores emails and abdicates responsibility! Barnsdales agreed to replace guttering to my retail premises earlier this year and I have been left with 2 substantial leaks from the guttering replacement. This has been going on since May 2021.They are not interested in rectifying the problem...Not to be trusted!
