We came from Hong Kong and we have been looking for a 4 bedroom house for the whole month. A special thanks to Kieran Shaw, a professional, prudent and responsible agent with high efficiency. He relieved our concerns and anxious thoughts by making the tenancy easy and fluent since it’s hard to find a 4 bedroom house for letting. In addition, he explained the process crystal clearly and we rent a really nice house that fulfill all our requirements. I definitely would recommend Kieran to all friends of mine.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I have recently rented a property from Bairstow Eves Nottingham and the service was excellent! I would highliy recommend using Bairstow Eves to all of my family and friends and I'll be sure to use their services again. I would like to give a big special mention to Alice Ingram who has delt with all of my enquires, contracts and everything else! She has been very professional, understanding and always willing to help. Furthermore, all of the communication I have received from Alice has been prompt, very clear and really easy to follow. To say I have previously been to university and have used several different letting agents before, I have, by far, received the best customer service from Alice and others from the Bairstow Eves Nottingham team. I just want to say, this review is mainly of a person, rather than the whole company. Although, if every single agent is as brilliant as Sophie Buckthorpe, the whole company is amazing too. We've all gone through the hassles of renting a property, having a landlord who isn't really predisposed to fixing issues in a timely manner, or at all. And you have to chase up the agency who have a million things to do at once themselves. Sophie went above and beyond. She was so incredibly patient and kept fighting for us and what we needed to get the biggest issues at the property resolved. I'd usually be surprised with any letting agency who actually is able to pull off half of what Sophie accomplished (I've honestly only had bad experiences so far, but I guess it makes sense since I only lived in London before). Not to mention she did it in the middle of a pandemic, I can't even imagine the amount of workload she had. We are all tired, the world is a mess, all we can do is pretty much stay home. If home isn't somewhat at least pleasant, it can really wreck someone's mental health, specially during times such as this. I had been waiting so long to get some of the most major issues dealt with, I can't thank Sophie enough for all the time and dedication, and for personally seeing it through. If you're thinking of renting a place with Bairstow Eves in Nottingham, I 105% recommend you ask for Sophie Buckthorpe.PositiveResponsiveness

Easy to view and great communication, I did have 3 or 4 people emailing me at different points about the property I was moving into, which made it slightly confusing (eg who to email with questions etc), however all the information was clear and the people I spoke to (especially Sophie) were very nice and friendly and helpful.

We recently used the let only service and I was astonished that my house was rented in 3 days after I purchased it. Tiffany was very quick to take pictures and put the advert on RM. She and other team were helpful, adviced us and did everything they can. Very cooperative and guided us too. I m giving 4 stars because the accounts team deducted money which I wasn't aware. They apologised though but errors related to money matters is unprofessional and unacceptable.
