Booked a viewing for a property on the day it was listed. Viewing was two days later at 2pm. Booked my train ticket the afternoon on the day before the viewing. Was contacted at 9am to be told the viewing had been cancelled and the property was no longer available as they had received a successful application. This 5 star review is all down to the hard work and down to earth loveliness of Kieran Shaw. I've had bad experience with Estate Agents in the past but Kieran was nothing like I usually expect estate agents to be. He was not pushy or manipulative and really made me feel comfortable. As a landlord, I cannot recommend this Bairstow Eves branch strongly enough !! I always use them for appointing new tenants and the drawing up of new contracts. As one would expect from a large well established organisation, their approach is completely professional. However, alongside this, is the warmth and friendliness more often associated with a smaller business. I always enjoy dealing with them when I have a property To Let. They're a real pleasure to work with and nothing is ever too much trouble. It seems clear to me that they actually enjoy their jobs. Particular thanks to Rebecca - an absolute star !! The fees are reasonable to boot. A wholly positive experience !! 20/10

We truly feel that we had the best possible service from the Nottingham bairstow eves branch. We were well informed at the beginning, had regular check ups, if there was an issue it was dealt with. Everything das professional and friendly. I do have to give thanks to Karen Coleman, who provided wonderful advice at the start when we were thinking of going onto the market.
