GoogleAs a landlord, I highly recommend this Bairstowe Eves branch. I always use them for finding new tenants and they always deliver to let a property quickly. Particular thanks to Megan Ashton who gets things done and sorted promptly. The fees are always reasonable and the work satisfactory. God job all.

Darcy took on our case and was amazing in communication and helping my partner to understand details for the property we are now renting. GoogleA smooth experience so far and have had no issues. Property is managed by a landlady/lord so there's not much contact with the agents any more but the checkout process was pretty easy. Very detailed inventory photos (In colour too!) giving good peace of mind when it comes to leaving that there won't be any hidden work to complete.
