On behalf of my Husband & I, we wanted to extend our gratitude to Amy McMenemy in the proactive experience she provided for us throughout our journey to sell our property. We emigrated and left the sale of our home in the hands of Amy. In a somewhat tumultuous market, to say we were apprehensive about finding a buyer in a timely manner would be an understatement. It was through Amy’s tenacity and dedication from chasing every lead, to revisiting previously interested parties that she secured us a good buyer. We found her communication style extremely easy to work with, especially given we are now on the other side of the world. We have used Strutts for the last two sales of our properties & Amy exemplifies the great reputation they’ve built up over many years. Thank you Amy. S&P- A highly professional, efficient agency.

I am so glad I chose S&P to sell my large Georgian home. I have a long history of buying and selling houses so I almost expected the pitfalls and inefficiency that have become predictable from other agents. However, S&P's Consultant Gina Simpson made it a very short and pain-free process. I am sure behind the scenes she worked very hard, but for me her no fuss, no headache, and professional approach made it all go orderly and smoothly to its conclusion. Her negotiation skills on our behalf meant we ( she ) achieved almost the asking price in a home that is so unique it could easily have stuck around on the market if left to other agents' middle-of-the-road efforts.Gina is empathetic, full of great ideas and initiative for overcoming hurdles and is also very personable and pleasant to work with.
