We bought our new house through Strutt & Parker in late 2020. Will Mullan was our main point of contact and was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout the process, despite the fact that to this day we have not met in person because of the pandemic! The whole experience was really positive (aided hugely by the lovely couple who sold us the house); with no games being played and clear communication throughout, which I really value. Sadly this has not always been our experience elsewhere! Whenever we had a question, Will was available on email or on the phone. His colleagues who showed us the house and brought us the keys on moving day were also very friendly and professional. Thoroughly recommended.

After being on the market for 18 months with 2 different agents we invited Strutt and Parker to market our house. Will Mullan came to value and we immediately felt that we had finally found an agent who treated us with the utmost professional courtesy and understood our family situation and was enthusiastic about our house. We had an offer of 100% of the asking price within 2 weeks in what was an extremely challenging market situation. As we all know it’s not just about receiving the best offers and accepting the offer was really just the start. I cannot recommend Will and the team highly enough. It proved to be a complex and stressful process for us ( I am autistic and found it very difficult ) but Will was magnificent. Kind, understanding always available, full of sound advice and extremely empathetic to our situation he had our best interests at heart at all times whilst remaining supremely competent and professional. A true gentleman. I would encourage everyone to give Strutt and Will the chance to sell their home. My family will always be grateful to them for all they did for us. Thanks Will.

From the very first day I met Ashley Harwood from the Cirencester branch of Stutt & Parker I found that I could communicate with him, which in today’s world is not something to take for granted, he was the agent that was the closest in valuation to what the cottage archived, the price was not inflated, just realistic. Throughout the sale his support team did everything they needed to do to keep me up to date with any progress and fed back from the potential buyers, if I had another home to sell I would definitely take to Ashley and his team at Strutt & Parker.

We could not fault the professionalism, efficiency and advice of Strutt & Parker (S&P). Having decided to put our house on the market we invited 4 estate agents to view and value our house and to explain their marketing strategy. S&P were streets ahead of the others. As we moved nearer to making a decision as to which to select, we invited S&P back to a second meeting to discuss in detail their terms of business. Each of our many questions were answered succinctly and without reference to notes. Having confirmed our acceptance of S&P as our marketing agents things moved very fast. Photographs were taken and in 4 days the brochure was available and the house on the market. Viewers came shortly after and were expertly shown the house by S&P. Thereafter, even after the completion date, our various questions were dealt with in the same speedy and courteous manner. We cannot recommend Strutt & Parker highly enough.

From the valuation (where Tom and Ian were thoroughly professional and had great insight to regional prices) to the viewings (where all S&P employees who participated were excellent) it was a genuinely positive experience throughout.
