GoogleThe worst agency ever, we've made two offers on a property and we've been kept in the dark and we have to call them every time to check and in the occasions we we've been told that our offer was rejected without bothering to notify us! When we called to understand why our offer was rejected they were so rude and arrogant and it seems they have no policy of equality and fairness. AVOID if you can

GoogleAfter experiencing some rather absent estate agents previously, Russen & Hill exceeded our expectations when it came to selling our house, taking into account our needs for simple viewings, arranging one afternoon of block appointments to limit our impact was very appreciated. Throughout the rest if the process they always kept us well up to date, and dealt with our regular questions and requests. Would highly recommend!

GoogleI had a valuation on my property by Russen & Hill, along with 3 other agents. The guy who valued my house was a real treat! Seemed more interested in selling himself , than our house. He managed to convince my self, and my partner NOT to touch them with a barge-pole! If somebody's sale pitch is to tell you how bad all the Estate Agents are, good luck! (I have gone elsewhere 👍)

The team were always available for any enquiries I had and managed to get me a far better price than I had expected!! This was my third house sale with three different agents and Russen and Hill are the first agent I have found worth leaving a review for. Would highly recommend their services to other local sellers.

We are living in New Zealand and thought the process would be a nightmare, thanks to Russen & Hill we couldn’t have been more wrong! The communication was next level, the advise was so helpful and most important we got it sold! The whole process was much less stressful because of their excellent knowledge and service
