GoogleAll the team at Russen & Hill have been amazing, I cannot fault on anything, from start to finish they have all been professional, communicated well, friendly and approachable. Having recently purchased my first property and the reservations that come with that, I couldn't of asked for a better experience. GoogleWe have had an excellent experience with Russen Hill in the sale of our mother's house in Costessey. Kelly was absolutely fantastic in advising us on asking price and true to her words, achieving 100% of that in the ultimate sale. The house was very promptly fully marketed and we had offers within a couple of weeks. RH have very accurate local knowledge, which we found impressive. All emails were promptly answered and we were kept in the picture all along the way. They handled all the viewings for us and gave prompt and detailed feedback and advice. A very personal service, too- all the staff knew the property and our position. Thanks to all the staff, but especially Kelly - you all really did care about doing your best for us.

They found me a buyer, conducted the price negotiations and I got a price I was happy with. They then supported the whole buying process through to Completion. GoogleAVOID AT ALL COSTS If you are looking for an estate agent who will completely ghost you for viewings, lie to your face, bully you over the phone and act exclusive as a mouthpiece for the seller, this is the company for you. Our entire buying process was an absolute shambles: - No show viewings and amateur setups: On the day of our second viewing, which we had confirmed in their branch days before, the agent simply didn't turn up. We had to drive down to the office ourselves to collect the keys and let ourselves in. To top it off, 'conveniently' as we were inside, the seller happened to drive past and stopped to say hello and played dumb like he knew nothing about it, promising to complain to the agent. It felt like a coordinated performance. - While a missing gas certificate was ultimately down to the seller, the estate agent actively tried to fob us off and aggressively arguing that a certificate isn't a legal requirement and telling us to accept it. They clearly thought they could bully young first time buyers into submission. - They spent the entire process lying to us about the loft being cleared, betting on the fact we wouldnt check. At one point, Rachel emailed us in the evening bizarrely accusing us of being there watching the seller clear it which was a blatant lie. She insisted it was done, but when we went back the next day to check, it still wasn't clear. They tried to fabricate a narrative using made up sightings just to trick us into taking their word for it so they could avoid getting the job done. When we pushed back they became rude and aggressive on the phone, trying to force us to exchange before the loft was actually cleared, demanding commitment even though our funds were already sitting securely with our solicitor. The only time they made any effort to resolve our issues was when we finally threatened to walk away from the purchase entirely. As first time cash buyers, we expected a basic level of professional respect. Instead, we were lied to, gaslit, talked down to and treated like we wouldn't notice them trying to trick us at every turn. This company is a prime example of why the industry desperately needs stricter regulation. Avoid at all costs, unless your the seller in which case they will treat you like royalty!

GoogleI've had a fantastic experience dealing with Hannah and Kelly. From start to finish they have been professional, approachable and incredibly helpful. Nothing has ever felt like too much trouble and they always take the time to keep me updated and answer any questions promptly. Their communication is excellent and they genuinely provide a personal service, making what can sometimes be a stressful process feel straightforward and well managed. It's refreshing to deal with someone who is both knowledgeable and genuinely cares about delivering a great customer experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Russen & Hill and look forward to working with them again in the future.

GoogleI absolute love everyone at Russen & Hill. They’ve been there for us so much. Even situations that weren’t benefiting them, they gave us advice. So selfless and an amazing company to work with. Little Jack & Big Jack are a couple of legends and will go above and beyond. Hannah Marie - her little voice on the phone makes my heart melt! She’s incredible. Owner Steve has been great too. I will recommend to everyone as I’ve been so happy with the care we’ve received - ‘with you from start to finish’ is your slogan - and it couldn’t be more true! Keep doing you Russen & Hill ♥️

GoogleGreat estate agents, would highly recommend them. It was my first time selling a property, so was unsure of the process etc. The whole team have been very helpful throughout the process, very easy to get hold of by phone or email. Steve came and took photos & listed the property straight away and had a call within an hour with a viewing arranged couple of days later which resulted in the sale of my property. Had several other viewings as well whilst it was still for sale. Can't fault Russen & Hill Estate Agents at all, made the whole process very easy and smooth right to the end and very pleased with them. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to sell their property.

GoogleThey were excellent from start to finish. Jack came to see us initially, he was very friendly and answered any questions we had about going forward with the sale of our house. Hannah was helpful with sorting viewings for us, and negotiating the sale of our house. Rachel was tremendous when dealing with challenging situations that arose. Both ladie were beyond helpful and happy to listen to me have a good grumble about solicitors. Moving can be stressful but Russen and Hill made it as easy as they could for us taking on alot of the stressful processes and going above and beyond for us. Thank you again to all the team.

GoogleI would like to recommend Russen Hills to everyone. They helped make the overwhelming moving experience become smoother. They kept me updated during the buying process in time. On the day of completion I was late for twenty minutes and Hanna still waited for me until I collected my key. It’s frustrating moving to another city but thankfully I met them. I’d definitely go for this agent when I need to sell my house.

Everyone was friendly and professional, never hassling me throughout the process, but keeping me informed with feedback on viewings and progress. I picked a tough time to sell just before the disastrous mini budget, but the team still found me plenty of viewings and offers. I think they know the areas they work in better than other agents, and offered the best value for money in terms of valuation and commission.
