GoogleI rented a flat with Mills Knight for two and a half years and it was a positive experience throughout. I found all the staff and contracters were all really easy to work with. Based on my experience, I would definitely reccomend this agency for lettings.

GoogleI had a terrible few years renting a property from Mills Knight. They are unprofessional, rude, and unreasonable. They do not care about tenants’ safety or wellbeing. I had multiple serious issues with the property on many occasions which they were either slow or unwilling to resolve. Decided to move after having had enough. Don’t waste your time.

I was really impressed with the friendly personal service and was able to speak with the same person most times I contacted. The speed of the referencing was very good and the reply to any messages or emails I sent was prompt. Definately the best agent I have dealt with in 16 years of renting.

Reallistic and intelligent pricing meant we sold very quickly with virtually no reduction, while other comparable flats nearby had to reduce and remained unsold. The charming Julie and her small, freindly team make you feel very welcome and valued as a customer. Overall, a very smooth and positive experience. Thank you.
