We just wanted to drop you a line saying a huge thank you. We had such an unusual property especially with it being left in such a poor state following tenants, selling via auction seemed the obvious route. You guided us realistically about price and took lots of potential buyers to the house before getting us the best price on the day. Auction house was reccomended to myself by my acting solicitor and i am very glad we went ahead and used them to act on our behalf to sell our property by auction . From start to finish they were clear and very helpfull in explaining every aspect of the process and sale of our cottage , edward who is the person i dealt with mostly kept me up to date at all times and was quick to answer any questions/problems that i had along the way . i would use auction house again in the future and would recommend them to anyone nick
